VIS is a Canadian global consulting platform that runs Excellence Centers across three continents — combining workforce recruitment, Canadian-accredited training and international education under one roof. Through public-private partnerships and an incubation model, we link North America, Europe and Asia with the Middle East's largest development and infrastructure programmes — supplying the skilled people, engineering capability and education pipelines that post-conflict reconstruction and rapid-development regions depend on.
